HappyDirt Veggie Patch

HappyDirt is located on 3 1/2 acres in South Medford, on the border between urban and rural. The soil is rich clay loam. We grow a wide variety of vegetables and flowers--both heirloom and standard varieties. We use no artificial chemicals in the soil. We are non-GMO. We focus on building the health of our soil by gently working with the intricate balance of insects, worms, weeds, microbes, minerals, air and water that make it alive. We harvest the best, and compost the rest. We add naturally derived minerals and microbial inoculants, plus compost that we make on-site from local food waste. We will be selling at the Ashland growers markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and possibly other venues as the season unfolds.
