Community Homestead

We are a non profit intentional community living and working with people with developmental and other challenges. In six extended family households, together the forty of us run an organic dairy farm, a 16 acre certified organic CSA, 3 acre orchard, and a bakery as well as raise chickens, beef and pigs. In the winter months we craft, breathe, work in our forests, and catch up on the rest of life! Our CSA has been operating for 16 years, providing weekly delivery of old standbys and more adventurous veggies. We pride ourselves on customer service, multiple options of box sizes, and extended winter share options. Members can supplement their CSA veg box with bread, cookies, pies, fruit, meat, jam etc by online weekly orders. Our produce is high quality and provides therapeutic day programs as well as income for the non profit. Americorps year and part time summer opportunities as well as summer volunteers and internships available. Visitors very welcome..
