Chickabee is focused on producing healthy soil for nutrient dense fruit and vegetable production. Perennial plantings including tree fruit and berries drive the fertility cycle with pastured egg production and untreated beehives (never sugar fed and antibiotic free), along with microgreen and wheat grass production. A chef for many years I began farming because I couldn't find what I was looking for, food so fresh and healthy you could taste the nutrition. Located 5 minutes outside Ancaster and Brantford and 15 minutes from downtown Hamilton.
