Hudson Ohio Farmer's Market

The Hudson Farmers Market, "Where the Grower Meets the Green," opens July 12, 2008 on the Main Street Green in beautiful Hudson Ohio from 8 a.m. to noon and continues every Saturday through Sept. 27. The Hudson Farmers Market is a community service project of Leadership Hudson and sponsored by the Rotary Club of Hudson Clocktower. Activities planned for the market include eating contests, cooking demonstrations, and a "veggie valet" to help shoppers store their goods as they shop and load them in the car when they are finished. The loading area will be near the north end of East Main Street. Nestled within historic downtown Hudson, Ohio, with its century-old clock tower and quaint Main Street shops, the farmers market will bring the growers of fresh, Ohio grown produce together with local patrons looking for a natural food venue.
