Small Family Farm and CSA

We began our journey as farmers with the romantic ideal of preserving the endangered small family farm. We were young and strong and highly motivated. Still very passionate about building a sustainable local economy, a secure sense of knowing where our food comes and fostering a healthy relationship between farmers and eaters, we are fully in love with the CSA model.
We e-mail out a Weekly Dig Newsletter with stories, pictures and favorite recipes from the farm with your CSA box. We like to use our newsletters as a way to help you build a transparent and engaging relationship with your farm-one that inspires and educates, one that nourishes the spirit of family and your body, one that feels wholesome and satisfying. We aim to harvest our vegetables at the peak of ripeness when they look and taste the best. We provide many of the favorites like onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes while also challenging you with some of the more unusual vegetables like celeriac root, radicchio, diakon radish, and napa cabbage.
