Encouraged by the inspiring work of the Rodale Institute, John Kempf, and many others, we are focusing on growing practices to improve the health of the soil, the health of the biology in the soil, the health of the plants, and the consequent health benefits to the people who consume them.
We believe in the freedom to know what you are eating, where it was grown, how it was grown, and who grew it. Our goal is to produce the tastiest food from the healthiest soil, harvested at the peak of nutrition, and consumed by our community.
