We're proud to be one of the only Customized CSA Farm Shares in Minnesota! We make up our CSA boxes specifically for each of our individual members, based on their preferences. More choice equals greater value and less waste! Please go to our website for more information and to sign up.

We're located in the spectacular Bluff Country of southeastern Minnesota, between Winona and Lanesboro. We grow our crops on 140 acres of rich farmland located in a variety of microclimates where they attain peak quality. We've been Certified Organic (MOSA) since our first season in 1997 and we deliver our CSA shares to over 25 drop-sites throughout the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Winona. And our shares are now customized for each member! When you join our farm, you're asked to rank each vegetable we grow on a scale from 1 to 5, with a "1" being you never want to see it in your box, and a "5" being you love it and want it as much as possible. Each week, based on those preferences and what is available, we create the perfect box just for you. You get to see your box contents in advance and further customize them by swapping out certain items for others, depending on what you're in the mood for that week! Member choice brings greater satisfaction, more value and less waste!

We love building connections with our members and so our CSA offers such things as weekly newsletters in each box from the farm, which include a note from one of our farmers, a crop list with storage tips and recipes and a spot light recipe of the week. We also send you an e-newsletter with lots of recipes for your box that week. You can also follow us via daily updates on our social media including our blog, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter feed. Finally, save the date for our annual CSA Strawberry Social (u-pick) at the farm, which is on Saturday, June 22nd. Of course, members are also invited to visit throughout the season with their family by advance call!

This was our first season with a CSA. It has been such a treat watching my two girls (6 & 3) open each box and cheer as if Christmas had arrived. It turns out my kids like beets, kohlrabi and Swiss chard, along with cucumbers, squash and corn. I've even discovered my husband will eat cabbage. I am the tomato lover! I always new good food tasted great, but who knew it could be so exciting?! Thank you for a marvelous weekly adventure!! We look forward to many seasons to come. (S.Lichty)
