We are located in the Spring Creek community of Madison County in Western North Carolina. The farm has been in production for over 150 years and is nestled in a valley shadowed by beautiful Bluff Mountain over which the Appalachian Trail passes. We offer families a weekly subscription of in season produce through our CSA and sell at local tailgate markets. We currently have 5 acres under cultivation and offer 3 internships/apprenticeships each season. In addition, we are harvesting our trees from our forest, and building a timber frame cabin for offering farm vacations.

You will find us Wednesday from 8:00 AM until noon in Waynesville at Haywood's Historic Farmers Market. Saturdays in Asheville at the North Asheville Tailgate Market on the UNC Asheville campus between 8:00 AM and noon. Spring Creek residents may subscribe to our CSA and pick-up their share here at the farm.

Most of our production is for fruits and vegetables. We also raise pastured pigs and free range layers. We currently have 6 greenhouses for both season extension and for summer production of those heat loving crops such as tomatoes and peppers. Each fall we raise a few pastured poultry for meat that is for those of us on the farm.
