River Street Market is a local non-profit market that prides itself in low to no vendor fees, educating small growers and urban farmers in marketing and food safety along with supporting food makers in our area. Petersburg has a vibrant art community which is showcased at the market by wood, metal, glass, canvas, carving and sculpting artisans and jewelry makers. Come out for the day and enjoy all historic Old Town has to offer! Over 20 restaurants, 2 breweries, lots of antique shopping, River walks and plenty of historical markers and sites in walking distance. The area is also known for the great backdrops for your photo shoots! Close to VSU, Battlefield Park, Pamplin Park and Historic Henricus. We are located adjacent to the famous Farmers Market Building, just in front of Croaker's Spot Restaurant and along side and underneath the Martin Luther King Jr Bridge.
