Hartland College Farm

Hartland College is a 4 year Christian Missionary college training students from around the world in a variety of disciplines, including sustainable agriculture. Our farm provides the majority of the food consumed on our campus, but we also conduct on-farm sales to the public. and also wholesale sales to the Charlottesville area to such places as Integral Yoga, Rebecca's, C'Ville Market and Horse and Buggy Produce. We grow over 90 varieties of fruits, vegetables and herbs in our greenhouses and fields, producing high quality products year round. Our methods employ vegan growing practices without the use of any animal products or byproducts. All of our seed stock is free of any genetic modification and many of our varieties are heirloom breeds. We are a non-profit organization and all proceeds from the sale of our produce is used to support our students.
