We grow produce using sustainable methods. We have pasture raised beef. I also offer refrigerator pickles, sauerkraut, kimkraut (a vegetarian, not too hot variation of kimchi), pickled beets and pickled onions. Currently we sell at Bell Tower Farmers Market in Cedar Park and Mueller Farmers Market in Austin.

Tried the wild boar pork chops recently; very good! I was told that they would not taste gamey, and they didn't. I tried the male (leaner) vs. female, but they were still pretty tender. Will be back for more! Lots of other items I look forward to trying as well . .
