EvansKnob Farm

Evans Knob Farm has been practicing organic growing methods for several years and became certified organic in the summer of 2003.In 2010 Evans Knob allowed USDA organic ceritification to lapse and became Certified Naturally Grown. Vegetables, our primary focus, are marketed through our CSA and local farmers market. We also offer grass fed lamb and beef along with pastured poultry and free range eggs and pork. We raise Romney sheep who supply us with the wool we use to hand craft beautiful sweaters,hats, mitten, socks, literally from the ground up. We make old fashioned goats milk soap with the aid of our mixed goat dairy. Our Great Pyrenees guardian dogs keep a watchful eye out for predators both to our sheep and our gardens. We offer farm tours by appointment only. We also like to use interns from area colleges.
