Zephyr's Eden Micro Farm is a Certified Naturally Grown "CNG" farm in Texas Township, Michigan. We grow heirloom and open pollinated (no GMOs or F1 hybrids) tomatoes, peppers, cukes, onions, garlic, watermelons, beans, lettuce, greens, and other fruits and vegetables. We do not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We also grow old garden roses and flowers according to CNG standards. 2012 will be my fourth year at the Texas Township Farmers Market, and my second year offering CSA Shares. Zephyr's Eden is a member of The Four Winds Farm Co-op, offering expanded produce choices for CSA members. Zephyr's Eden is now open for 2012 CSA memberships. Hurry, they go fast!!! I have been growing produce for 25 years. I formed the business in order to offer quality and rare varieties for your enjoyment. I present lectures on growing old garden roses and their modern equivalents, garlic crops, watermelons, raised bed and container gardening. Give us a call for more information. Know your farmer, know your food!
