EIEIO's Organic Farm

EIEIO's Organic Farm is located in Wimberley, Texas, a quaint, relaxed little village along the Blanco River in the scenic Texas Hill Country. The farm's 12 acres lie in a little valley along Wilson Creek just 3 minutes away from the Square.
You can find us at 3 farmers markets each wk-Wednesdays Dripping Springs 9-noon, Saturdays San Marcos Square 9-1 & Sundays Wimberley Blanco Brew 9-1 or contact us directly. We also ship our condiment line now!

Our land is rich in river bottom minerals and we are currently cultivating 2 acres of organic produce just above the creek using a drip irrigation system with well water. We grow & make 5 ingredient organic condiments you may also want to purchase such as our very popular garlic "aioli", cilantro pecan pesto, fig & olive tapenade, sun dried tomato bruschetta & ginger cranberry chutney! These take any average meal WAY over the top & are incredibly delicious, clean & gourmet. Great for charcuterie boards too! We also sell farm fresh eggs.
