Joe's Farm

Joe's Farm, located on White Rd in the town of Sweden, was founded by Farmer Joe, on the farmstead established by his grandfather, Lauren McCracken, with the help of his father, loving wife, and newborn son. Farmer Joe seeks to provide fresh produce to the Brockport community at his roadside stand and through our CSA program. Members of our CSA and patrons of our farm stand are treated to a wide assortment of Fruits and vegetables, as well as fresh eggs, flowers and grass fed poultry. Joe's Farm is an integrated farm that blends traditional, organic and modern farming practices, and currently have land that is in the process of transitioning to certified Organic.
