Linda's Gardens

We are both fourth generation South Dakota farmers who have developed Linda's Gardens into a diverse and innovative endeavor that utilizes sustainable and new vegetable farming practices such as multi-cropping, cover crops, plasticulture, and trap crops. Over three hundred different varieties of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers are raised at Linda's Gardens each year. High tunnels are used extensively to extend the vegetable growing season in early spring, late fall and into winter. We continually experiment with new plant varieties, not only with traditional American types of produce but ethnic varieties as well. We strive for perfection in every product. We have earned our reputation of having the best tasting produce by demanding excellence in every aspect of our operation. In addition to CSA's and Farmers Markets, Linda's Gardens also supplies fresh produce to several restaurants, specialty whole foods markets, and is a partner in HarvesTable dinners, a fine dining experience in eclectic outdoor settings and featuring locally produced foods.
