The Historical Downtown Petersburg Market is a grower only farmers market. Each Saturday from May to October, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 12:00 NOON, local growers gather under the Dr. Martin Luther King Bridge (Adams Street, RT 1 and 301) Petersburg, Virginia, to share their farm bounty with customers, new and old!
Come out and visit your local growers! You'll be so glad you took the time to spend your early Saturday morning strolling and shopping for wholesome locally-grown fruits and vegetables, gorgeous cut flower bouquets and stems (just in case you want to make your own floral masterpiece), fresh herbs, potted plants and ornamentals, meats, eggs, as well as fresh from the oven baked goods! Imagine the wonderful and delicious meals your family will enjoy fresh from local farms!
