Easy Yoke Farm is a small 30-acre CSA and market farm near Millville, Minn. For the 2016 season it will offer a weekly delivery (18 weeks) of a large variety of freshly picked, in-season vegetables and herbs. This is in exchange for a $450 pre-season investment in the operation.
Daniel and Hannah Miller, who start their fifth season farming together, are part of a community of leading organic farmers including Jack and Marge Warthesen near Plainview, Steven Schwen of Oak Center, and Joe and Rebecca Schwen of Zumbro Falls, who together have a combined 70 years of organic vegetable farming experience.
