Three Springs Farm is central Kentucky's longest-running CSA farm. Since 1999, using organic and sustainable methods, we have been producing vegetables, fruits, herbs, and cut flowers for subscribing customers and several area restaurants. The farm is 200 acres of hills and hollows, located along Crooked Creek between Barterville and Barefoot, in Nicholas County, Kentucky. Situated on the northern edge of the state's central bluegrass region, two acres of fertile bottomland lie at the heart of the farm. From this comes our small family farm's primary income. We host an average of two interns per season-- interns have their own home, on partially-wooded land overlooking the farm's fields.

Subscribe to Three Springs Farm CSA and embark on a culinary adventure that is all too rare in an age of industrialized, pre-packaged food: the adventure of eating locally and seasonally. We take a preservationist approach to farming: our two acres of cropland are surrounded by more than 150 acres of pasture and woods.
