Farmhouse Delivery CSA partners with Golden Rule Farm and Rolling Acres Farm, two non-certified organic Mennonite Farms in Scottsville, Kentucky, to bring you fresh, nutrient dense produce throughout the 28 week growing season. Golden Rule Farm and Rolling Acres Farm are both chemical free, sustainable and holistic farms. Both farmers are committed to growing nutrient dense produce that is affordable to families and grown without the use of any chemicals. Our farmers believe that healthy food comes from healthy soil and eating healthy food makes healthy people. Farmhouse Delivery brings Golden Rule Farm to Lebanon, Mt.Juliet, and Franklin and Rolling Acres Farm to families living in Smyrna and Murfreesboro. For 28 weeks beginning every May and running through November, we will offer fresh, seasonal, naturally-grown, non-certified organic produce. We use organic seeds, many heirloom varieties and practice sustainable, holistic farming. We also have some cash and carry items available at the delivery sites: GMO-Free, Soy-Free Eggs, Raw Honey, Fresh Maple Syrup, Baked goods and other local artisan products. Your family will receive a half bushel (plus) of quality produce, with bi-weekly or weekly options, based on what is in season and harvest reports. Expect 7-12 types of produce each week, depending upon what is in season. The weekly half bushel box is just $22 per week. During the summer months, our boxes are packed full, over-flowing and the melons are in addition to an already full box. We desire to be generous and share the abundance of our farm with our members.
