Weeksville Farmers Market

The Weeksville Farmers Market offers a wide variety of fresh locally grown produce for affordable prices, as well as a nice assortment of herbs, free range eggs, juice and beans. Honey, jams and baked goods are also available throughout the season. We gladly accept EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) and FMNP (Farmers Market Nutrition Program). The market happens every Saturday from 9am - 2pm at 1698 Bergen Street (between Buffalo & Rochester), directly in front of the Historic Hunterfly Road Houses. This location is a national landmark known as Weeksville, one of the first Communities of free African Americans in the United States. The houses have been standing since the 1600s and there are hourly tours of the houses for all our customers. We also have children events, health and nutrition workshops, and food cooking demonstrations.
