Oxford Farms practices regenerative and holistic farming. We rotate cattle, sheep, and chicken through our pastures in a purposeful and planned way to fertilize the land, increase it's biodiversity, water and mineral cycling. We do not use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides etc. Animals are not subject to antibiotics or added hormones. Instead they get clean well water, apple cider vinegar and access to free choice salt, minerals, clay as well as some kelp. The cattle and sheep are never fed grain so their meat has healthful levels and types of fat. The chickens are fed certified organic grain. The egg layers are fed soy-free certified organic grain.

Our livestock are humanely slaughtered and portioned under USDA supervision and dry aged for 10-14 days. The meat is then vacuum sealed in ready to use portions that are flash frozen to preserve the nutrition.

We sell our meat in monthly shares and offer a monthly on-farm pickup or delivery. You can order your boxes on our website.

We sell our own eggs from the layers that are moved on pasture each day to eat the grass and bugs and worms that they love in addition to the grain we feed them.

We have a vegetable CSA that uses one acre of field producation and 3 greenhouses.
