OC Metro Farm

The OC Metro Farm is a micro-farm in urban Orange County. We regularly have corn free-soy free quail eggs for sale. During the summer, we have a limited number of produce boxes available with veggies, fruits, and chicken or quail eggs. Please check our website For Sale page or our Facebook page to see what is available. We grow in-season vegetables, some fruits, and raise chicken and quail for eggs. We are not certified organic, but since we grow and raise for ourselves, all of our seed is certified non-GMO, no chemical pesticides are used, and no chemical fertilizers are used. We employ natural pest control methods, like soap!, and use natural fertilizers, including rabbit manure and vermicompost. All of our feed is certified organic feed. Chicken and quail feed are corn and soy free. All of our animals also receive daily fresh organic trim greens from a local market. The micro-farm is scattered over several small available urban spaces. We have been growing food for a few years now, and find that we have a small surplus that we cannot use. We offer a small number of produce-and-egg boxes (chicken and quail eggs) every week during the summer months on our Facebook page. Boxes contain a variety of seasonal produce and some eggs. The boxes run 8 to 15 dollars per box, pick up in Orange during the week and Newport Pier on Sundays, before 10AM. Produce offered is described in each new weekly listing.
