Price Family Farms

Greetings from the Price family. Chuck and Linn met while serving in the Army. Linn was a vet tech, and Chuck was a Military Police K9 Handler. Ironically, these two met at the vet clinic on post where Linn worked. Linn got out of the service, while Chuck continued for a total of 27 years. They settled here in Linn's home state of Iowa. The first summer on their acreage Linn planted sweet corn. Chuck just couldn�t understand why someone would put so much work into something that was available at the store. Well, it was love at first bite. Chuck quickly learned nothing beats fresh Iowa sweet corn. They both enjoyed farm fresh produce and when their two children came along they wanted to ensure they were feeding themselves and their children best food they could get. Hence, why they started their own organic produce farm in the spring of 2014. The produce farm is all natural under USDA Organic guidelines. They only use organic (non-GMO) seeds, and natural fertilizer. By using crop rotation and companion planting ,chemical pesticides and herbicides are not needed (or used). Truly an "all natural" product, grown with sustainable farming techniques. As animal lovers they ensure their chickens get the best care ever, and that the eggs they produce are the best tasting humanely raised chicken eggs you may ever have.
