Rising Vitality Farm

Rising Vitality Farm sees beyond organics to grow nutrient dense food for our CSA and market members. Using minimum tillage and annual soil tests we amend our soil with just the right balance of minerals to enhance the nutrition in the fruits and vegetables we serve to our friends and family. We never use noxious chemicals on our fields or in our hoophouses preferring instead to use physical barriers, picking and shaking nature's competitors off our produce instead of spraying our troubles away. We sweeten our soil with compost and organic dried poultry manure for soil fertility and add balanced minerals for human nutrition, the result is the most nutritious delicious food nature can produce.
