Riverview Farm Market

We are conveniently located at 78th & Riverview, Kansas City, KS, 2 blocks south of I-70 and 78th Street exit. We plant all of our produce by seed in our greenhouse and then transplant them into the field when the weather permits. We farm 7 acres of produce and have 3 crop rotations to insure availability throughout the summer. We only grow varieties of produce that taste best for this area. With over 50 years of experience, my husband Mike and I along with 3 part-time helpers, plant, pick, wash, and sell our produce throughout the season. Our stand is open Mon.-Sat 1pm - 6pm and closed on Sundays. The unique thing about our farm is that you can see the crops growing in the field from our stand. We invite you to come with us into the fields and experience our produce growing in it's natural environment. We grow the following crops: asparagus, cantaloupe, tomatoes, onions, watermelon, carrots, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, spinach, leaf lettuce, head lettuce, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, okra, zucchini, eggplant, green beans, yellow squash, acorn squash, turnips, mustard, pink eye purple hull cow peas, sweet corn, ornamental corn, gourds, pumpkins.
