We are a local, small, family operated farm. We, Proeun and Amy Doeun, began as a young professional couple living in St. Paul. But as our children arrived we knew we wanted to move from a urban setting, back to the land. Both of us have farming is our backgrounds. Amy comes from "good hearty farmstock" of western Minnesota, while Proeun was born in the jungles of Cambodia where his parents literally lived off the land. It is an interesting story how we came together to create a family, farm and way of life we love. We are transitioning a new farm to certified organ and will be in July 2014! We grow heirloom vegetables for CSA market and restaurants. We are working to continually expand our offerings to meet our customer's needs. We have CSA dropsites on the Eastside of St. Paul, St. Paul Midway, Mendota Heights, Lino Lakes, Minneapolis, Bloomington and Shoreview. Our farm is continually growing. This year we are adding several varieties of fruit at our customer's request. Our primary market is through our CSA which allows us to get to know our customers and their needs. We offer several classes throughout the season on canning and other homestead skills. We are always available to answer questions. We are really excited about the heirloom varieties we are experimenting with this year, especially those from the Slow Food USA "Ark of Taste." In addition to our CSA we are also adding honey, chickens, ducks and eggs to our farm. Farm pick-up only for these items.
