Williamsburg Pottery Farmers Market

Our farmers market was a success last year located in the courtyard of the Williamsburg pottery. We will be opening every Saturday and Sunday May 10 - October 26, 9am-3pm. Wayne's Produce is a sixth generation family owned and operated local farm situated in Jarratt, Virginia. What began as a traditional row crop farm to just a couple of acres of produce in 2003, has now grown to over 100 acres of produce. We offer over 50 vegetable and fruit crops, however, we are known for our sweet watermelons and vine-ripened tomatoes. All our crops are grown using an intergrade pest management system, which means we work in harmony with natural enemies (ladybugs, praying mantids, and b) and try to incorporate natural practices (crop rotation and pest scouting) to reduce pesticide and chemical use on our fruits and vegetables.
