Pleasant Valley Farm was started in 1988 and it is run as a family farm with Paul and Sandy and their two teenage children, Robert and Kim. The farm produces 7 acres of diverse vegetables and an acre of fruits with organic methods, and sells at two local weekly year-round farmers' markets in Saratoga and Glens Falls. Specializing in season extension, they raise greens all winter in high tunnels. Annual farm tours are held during the various seasons, and they welcome applications for interns, which are utilized year-round.
