Wolf Creek Farm CSA - "Where Quality Produce Comes Naturally". We are located North of Moorhead and Detroit Lakes, near Ulen, MN. Our passion for farming using organic methods stemmed from Samantha's parents farming and being certified organic for 18 years. I have always been proud of them for staying strong in their beliefs, and doing what is best for the land, and for the people and livestock consuming their harvest. Anthony from a young age found enjoyment in gardening, and was always known for having a green thumb. Anthony and I invite you to become a shareholder in one or all of our CSA opportunities. We offer a summer share, a storage share & a Thanksgiving share. The summer share is a full share or a half share. We grow a large variety of fresh high quality garden produce and herbs. We grow all the common garden produce our shareholders are used to and many heirloom varieties people just cannot find in the grocery stores. If you are interested particularly in the Thanksgiving share, we would need to know no later than May 1st in order to have enough time to raise the turkeys We welcome people to come out and visit our farm. Besides the garden, we also have a horse training/boarding facility and a great riding lesson program. Join us annually for our Fall Pumpkin Patch Festival (local vendors, games, horseback rides in our indoor riding arena & more!) Date is to be decided. We are really excited for the 2015 season!
