Whitmore Farm

Small historic farm located in Frederick county Maryland. We raise grass-fed and grass-finished lamb, goat, pork, rabbit and eggs. All of our animals are pastured resulting in more nutritious and better tasting meat and eggs. Seasonal produce year around (e.g., tomatoes, beets, beans, peppers, etc.). Selling day old chicks: Delaware chickens, Black and Blue Ameraucana chickens, Marans chickens, & Welsummer Chickens. Mail order for day old chicks March thru October. Also selling breeding stock of Katahdin Hair Sheep, Tennessee Fainting Goats, Glouster Old Spot hogs, and Silver Fox rabbits. Internships and seasonal help opportunities.
