Ubuntu Spirit Farms

 Ubuntu Spirit Farms, is a beautiful, regenerative, no till, co-operative farm that is nestled in a valley just 5 miles outside the riverside town of Northport WA. 

At Ubuntu farms, we place a heavy emphasis on healthy, organic, environmentally sustainable practices without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers so you can feel confident that you are getting the best food for you and your family.

Currently we grow the majority of our diversified, mostly heritage  vegetables, herbs and berries on about 1/2 acre of cultivated land and we also have two high tunnels nearby  for our summer heat loving plants such as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. 

Last summer we also added a U-pick berry area in addition to the berries growing in our main garden, and have planted raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Hopefully our CSA shareholders will also see the "fruits" of that labor this year. 

Ubuntu is making a few changes to our CSA program that we think you will love!

The first is that our CSA boxes will be customizable. This means that if you don't like something, you can switch it out for something you do like. The second change this year is that we are offering two share sizes. Our regular share will feed appx 3-4 people per week, and our small share will feed appx.1-2 people per week.   Lastly, we have included the ability for shareholders to add additional produce and farm products to their boxes. Items such as 100% grass fed beef, pasture raised pork, eggs from our free range chickens and certified raw dairy products from True North Dairy. 

We hope to add more local farm products into our CSA program and will update products and availability as soon as this happens.
