Our 2025 Regular Season runs on Saturdays, April 12 to September 27 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (except May 3; some markets are extended until 3 p.m.)
From October to December, the market runs on select Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (some markets are extended until 3 p.m.)
Markets take place at Riverwalk Landing at the Yorktown waterfront. Just put 331 Water Street into your GPS. There is no charge to attend and they take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the market is set up in the lower level of the Riverwalk Landing Parking Terrace. Free parking is available in several designated areas throughout Historic Yorktown, and the free Yorktown Trolley runs daily in the spring from 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. While most market vendors accept credit cards, some only take cash. An ATM is conveniently located at Ben & Jerry's.

Whether you are coming from the Southside, Richmond, or Gloucester here are quick directions to point you in the right direction. Once you get here, please take advantage of our free public parking lots and the free Yorktown Trolley service!
Driving Directions From the Southside: Take I-64 West to Exit 250B (Ft. Eustis/Yorktown). Take a left off the ramp and an immediate right onto Fort Eustis Blvd. Continue on Ft. Eustis Blvd. for three miles and turn left onto Route 17 North/George Washington Memorial Highway. Follow Route 17 North to the second traffic light and turn right onto Cook Road. Follow Cook Road to Ballard Street. Turn left on Ballard Street to the Five Points intersection where you will see the sign for Historic Yorktown.
From Richmond: Take I-64 East to 242B (Marquis Center Parkway). Continue on Route 199 East and turn right onto the Colonial Parkway to Yorktown. Follow the Parkway approximately 10 miles until it ends at the Five Points intersection where you will see the sign for Historic Yorktown.
From Gloucester/Northern Neck: Follow US Route 17 South across the Coleman Bridge. Take the first right after the bridge onto Mathews Street. At the stop sign, turn right onto Water Street. You will be entering Historic Yorktown.
