Cobblestone Creek Farm is a third generation farm on the fringe of Syracuse, NY. Once a dairy and large scale grain farm, Steve and Diane Eggert have transitioned the farm back to its origins of raising vegetables for direct consumer sales.
Using environmentally sound practices that protect the water and wildlife, and build the rich fertile soils of the farm, Steve and Diane raise a bountiful variety of high quality, flavorful vegetables and herbs that are offered at the farmers markets in Hamilton, NY.
Starting in 2010, Cobblestone Creek Farm began offering their farm's bounty through CSA shares. CSA members will receive a weekly box of vegetables, grown and harvested fresh each day. Shares can be picked up at the farm, where your food is produced, meet the family and develop your own connection to the foods on your dinner table.
Cobblestone Creek Farm now offers our CSA shares by a market style system. You will be given choices of all products available and be able to customize your weekly share to suit your own needs and tastes. Extras beyond your share can also be purchased. That includes farm fresh, brown eggs as well as additional produce and flowers.
