We grow a large variety of vegetables (200 in an average year), small fruits, and cut flowers. Our heated greenhouses insure our year round operations. All our fields are drip irrigated, and contour planted insuring production no matter the weather. We sell at tailgates on Saturday mornings at Asheville City Market. We welcome restaurant customers and will gladly work with chefs to supply their needs whenever possible.
