Pat & Rachels Gardens LLC is a certified organic farm west of Olathe, KS about five miles. We have a state licensed kitchen and a certified organic processing facility. We sell our products at the Overland Park Farmers' Market and the Merc in Kansas and the Kansas City Food Hub and the Brookside Farmers' Market in Missouri. We also have CSA and an online store. We produce a wide variety vegetables including fruits, greens, roots, herbs, tomatoes, okra and peppers. Our kitchen produces pickles, jams, soups, freeze-dried herbs, and salsas. We sell certified organic plants in the spring.
