Castle Rock celebrates the second annual Colorado Chile Chili Festival at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on September 1st, 2012 - Labor Day Weekend.
The event will run from 10AM until 6PM. HOT FOOD, COLD DRINKS, and CHILE CHILI FUN! Visit with fabulous chile/chili vendors from the Western Region and beyond! Performing artists will be around to heat things up!
There will be eclectic foods from the Denver Food Trucks for the entire event (visit www.thatsnatural.info for more information).
Learn about Sustainability and Farm-To-Fork (Know Your Farmer!) projects from around the Western Slope - all while celebrating the Chile Pepper.

Attended the Chili Festival in 2011 in Colorado Springs and it was a lot of fun. Bought a bushel of roasted green chili which we've been enjoying all winter as well as some yummy chili jelly. Looking forward to the Chili Fest in Castle Rock on Sept 1st. Always enjoyable!
