Wilson Produce & Poultry

We are a working family farm. We raise only heirloom vegetables (which means they are not modified in anyway). Our animals are all raised on pasture, this includes our goats, cows, hogs, chickens and our foundation Quarter horses. We do not use chemicals on any of our property. We have newly established fruit and nut trees. We are located in the Southern part of Virginia between Purdy and Jarratt. We offer vegetables, fruits, eggs, flowers, and animals (for eating, breeding or pets). We are a working farm, we don't mind company but it does take time away from our work - so we ask that you make an appointment. The 2012 crops are coming in-- in the ground are mixed greens, banana peppers, boston pickling cucumbers, seiva butter beans, beefsteak tomatoes, kennebec potatoes, yukon gold potatoes, red potiac potatoes, himrod grapes,ashley cucumbers, straight eight cucumbers, manatobia tomatoes, sweet 100 tomatoes, mortgage lifter tomatoes, honey dew and cantaloupe. We DO NOT purchase any of the above vegetables from the agri-market or Evans Produce and sell the items as our own to the unsuspecting public as some of the farms in our area do.
