We specialize in growing fresh vegetables, specializing in sweet corn & pumpkins. This year, 2025 we will be marketing on our Farm, online https://app.barn2door.com/e/3eGAO, Polk City Farmers' Market and our Stands at Lowe's and Menard's in Ames. We also market wholesale. We have a pick your own Pumpkin Patch in the fall. Check back to see updates on our Pumpkin Patch. We are expanding our sweet corn and pumpkin production. We offer Farm Shares. I think Blacks are the greatest. I worked for them 5 years ago and loved it. I have graduated and left Ames. When ever I return I look them up at the Ames Farmers Market to say Hi. That job was an important part of my education at Iowa State.
Pick your own pumpkin patch in September & October. Enjoy feeding and seeing many animals, hayrides to the pumpkin patch. Farm Market in summer. Enjoy a day at the farm. We have a remodeled barn on our farm that is great for birthday parties and family functions.
