The Wayne Farmers Market has been operating for about six years now in several different locations in our town of about 6000 people. Vendors come every Thursday evening (5-9 p.m.) and Saturday mornings (9-noon) selling a wide variety of organic vegetables, fruits, home-baked breads and pastries, and home canned preserves.
It's best to come a little early because the market is so popular, people buy up the best produce quickly after opening.
