CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a direct connection between a farmer/me and a consumer/you! All members share equally in the harvest and the risk of growing. Members pay for 12 weeks of seasonal you-pick harvest (helps keep your cost down & only veggies ready & needed will be picked) from approx July to Oct.; including organic heirloom vegetables, baked goods, pet biscuits, honey & soon to be available milk soaps. With proper farm management the following breeds can satisfy customer demand for quality yet thrive - raw wool (from primitive breed Shetland Sheep) - when available all-natural free range eggs (from our endangered breed of French Heirloom Cuckoo Maran chickens). Come to the farm on Saturdays and fill your bag with veggies and other farm items. Pricing includes: A non-refundable deposit along with cash & carry (10% senior and/or disabled discount). Please see our Facebook page of Sheltie Meadow Farm Market for more info & pictures.
