We grow a wide variety of herbs and vegetables that are available in season. The garden is small-scale intensive production using double-dug raised beds. We also have a larger area where we use horses to plow and cultivate. We grow healthy food on remineralized soil. Pick up is once a week--Tuesday --between 3:30-6:30 PM at the Phoenix hill Farmers Market or--Saturday--between 9-Noon at the
Douglass Loop Farmers Market. Duration: 24 weeks
