The Old Capitol Farmers' Market is an open air, growers-only Market in the heart of downtown Springfield. The Market occupies 3 blocks just west of the historic Old State Capitol with 50+ vendors on site. Includes Local Artisan Market featuring original artwork on Saturdays (June - October). Chef Demonstrations and live entertainment on 3rd Saturdays. Market is open Wednesdays and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. May 16 - October 27, 2012.
