Spring Brook Farm is a 6th generation farm with 3 generations in residence. Grandfather Blanchard had a butter route in the early 1900's in the Greater Portland area. and we have returned to our roots, opening a farm store on the farm and joining the Cumberland Farmers' Market Association in 1997. The store is open year round--Tuesday-Friday, noon to 6:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to noon. We also attend the Cumberland Farmers' Market Asso. in Cumberland, Falmouth, Yarmouth and Gray. Since we have reached "retirement age" we have evolved into a direct to the consumer farm. We started with homoganized and pasturized milk in glass bottles, butter, cheese, both cow and goat,.
