Located 35 miles west of Minneapolis, Sweet Beet is a fourth-generation family farm. Young farmers Nick and Amelia Neaton and their family are in their fourth year supplying quality, 100% naturally grown produce, eggs, and lamb to the Twin Cities metro area, while transitioning the family farm. We grow food the way it wants to be grown- naturally, without chemicals. Our farming methods respect the diversity of our land, water, and wildlife so that the next generation of farmers will, too, enjoy this healthy, thriving land. This year, we are featuring full- and half-shares in our CSA. Shareholders receive a bounty of fresh produce each week, beginning in mid-June and ending in mid-October.
