Back to Basics : a 3rd Generation Health Food Store. Sharing our produce and fruit through the summer from our personal organic garden; and certified organic distrubutors thru the winter. We enjoy feeding you healthy and seeing you upgrade your food choices. Certified Natural Health Counselor and Herb Specialist on staff. We sell organic meat, dairy, produce, groceries some cleaning products and quality supplements. Look for our newly expanded gluten free section. We strive to find local sources especially during the summer. We grow most of the vegetables and fruit sold in the store during the summer. We call our produce Family Farmed raised the organic way since we and our customers are not certified. We have a couple of bee keepers supplying honey in bulk and a local Buffalo producer. We also stock a lot of Organic Valley and Eden products to fill in and make our selection well rounded and complete. We have an Aromotherapy Mixing Station and a huge line of bulk herbs, spices and teas. We are proud to offer at Back to Basics well trained staff on hand to help you upgrade your food choices, each step of the way! We offer mail-order Mon - Fri, if you are unable to make it in during hours of: Mon - Fri 9:30 - 6:00 and Sat 9:00 - 4:00. May your journey to good health include a joyous trip to Back to Basics.
