Waxwing Farm

Waxwing Farm is located just 40 minutes south of the Twin Cities. We raise our vegetables and animals in the most sustainable way we can. Though we are not certified, we follow organic practices in our farming. We aim to manage our land in a way that promotes long-term health and diversity. Vegetables are our focus, but there is so much more to our farm. Pigs and chickens are a part of our fertility plan but also provide meat and eggs. Bees pollinate our crops but also provide honey. We like to keep things interesting for our customers and ourselves. We offer summer vegetable shares, fall/winter shares, egg shares and pastured pork.
