Urban Greens

Urban Greens was founded in 2010 on land from the city. Our mission is to feed the people of Cincinnati real food. Nothing is sprayed on our plants and everything is picked fresh daily. We fertilize with worm castings and compost and our soil consistently tests above average in all major categories. Consequently, our produce has been lab tested to show 2-3x mineral and nutrient components of organic grocery store produce. Our season runs about 25 weeks from May into November. We grow primarily fruits, vegetables, and eggs, with occasional other local products featured in our CSA. Our network of affiliate growers allows for us to provide our customers with a wide range of produce at a good price. The past 3 years we have been able to show our customers a 20% return on their up-front investment with us. Convenient pickups downtown on Tuesdays or in the East End Thursday & Saturday. If you can not afford the up-front nature of the CSA then ask about our weekly pay as you go $20 bag program with pickups same as the CSA.
