The Gorge Grown Farmers' Market offers customers locally grown food, fibers and flowers. Farmers and food producers from the Columbia Gorge region gather Thursday evenings 4-7 p.m. at Hood River Middle School to sell fresh greens, berries, vegetables, fruits, herbs, mushrooms, bread, fish, meat, eggs, cut flowers, and more. While at the Gorge Grown Farmers' Market, enjoy live music and kids' activities. Take the opportunity to tour the expanding school garden equipped with a solar panel and cob oven. The 2007 season will run May 24 - early season market and plant vendor special; June 14-October 4 - farmers' market. See you there.
