Riverview Farms

Riverview Farms is a certified organic family farm on 200 acres on the Coosawattee River on the edge of the Appalachian foothills in Northwest Georgia. We gently cultivate certified organic vegetables, heirloom grains, and Berkshire pork + grass-fed beef that we breed on-farm and grow on pasture. We grow 100% of the non-GMO feed our animals eat, organically.

One of the oldest, and largest, certified organic farms in the state, we work with the environment to enliven the farm through the mutually supported functions of soil, grasses, and animals as we produce organic vegetables and meats. With detailed attention to soil quality, animal husbandry, grass production, and crop diversity, our methods surpass organic certification requirements.

We've operated a "farmers-choice" traditional CSA for over 20 years, added a meat CSA in 2009. Our Berkshire pork and grassfed beef can be purchased from us at two farmers markets; we also sell direct to consumers through our online store. Our meats are on menus at the best restaurants in Atlanta.
